[Resolved] Octopus win condition

Based on how I understand Octopus, it is based on these facts:
1. If you have an Octopus, you need 3 pairs of animals to win
2. These pairs does not need to be adjacent
3. An Octopus pair counts as 1 of 3 pairs
4. Even with #3, Octopus does not need to be a pair for it to trigger

However, I had multiple games that followed all 4 but it did not trigger a win. Anything I'm missing or is it a bug?

Attached photo example: I have an Octopus, 2x Crab, 2x Crocodile, 2x Lion but did not trigger win.

Clarified #2 and it means the 3 pairs do not need to be adjacent to each other but the PAIRS themselves need to be side-by-side.
