Yes, but this just tells you if it is open or closed. It doesn't let you "find out the outcome" of the report, even if they took action.

I can see the outcome in a recent report I made (they were found guilty and the report is now closed. it says they got a warning and which message they got). Works for me.

Then I stand corrected. [Yes, one can admit to being wrong on the internet.]

I'll have to save my links in the future.

But how do you access a recent report? I can recall the name of the player I made it against, but how do I actually bring up a report to see the outcome?

as i said before:
Silene wrote: 16 June 2026, 19:16 if you recently reported someone, you can click report this player on their profile. that will tell you that you made a report on them already. from there you can get back to that report [...]
(or keep the url somewhere)

There is no point in discussing anything on these forums. There will always be some players who don't actually play the game yet will defend even the most blatant situations like this one by saying, "Well, given the distribution, it could still be random, so provide more proof".

Just play BGA Catan for fun. If you want a good Catan experience, use a different site that has better moderation, and a community where the voices of people who actually play the game are heard.

Totally agree and I suggested you all canceled the subscription since this website moderators never care about player feedback, they just keep asking you for the premium member and money to run, all they care is just money. Report for all reason just go to thumb down for the cheated or ruined game player, suck yourself BGA

And yet I've been premium for several years without paying a cent. If they only care about money, they also don't care very well :D

Not saying you are right or wrong, this is just a thought.

There are only a few ways someone can maintain a Premium subscription for several years, and in your case you are clearly contributing through translations. Translation takes time, and doing it consistently enough to keep Premium status for years requires a significant investment of both effort and knowledge.

Each translated string is rewarded with 5 points, and a year of Premium requires 1,200 points. That means translating at least 240 strings per year just to keep the subscription.

Looking at it from another angle, if Premium costs around €5 per month, then 20 translated strings are effectively worth about €1. In other words, unless you can translate 20 strings in just a few minutes, the value of your time is probably higher than what you are receiving in return.

So maybe you are not paying for your subscription directly out of your pocket, but you are still paying for it with your time, effort, and expertise. Whether that trade is worth it is up to you, but your contribution definitely has value, and if BGA had to pay for it, it would cost them way more.

Clearly? Have you checked my profile?

Tutorials written: Dark Agent, Hack Trick, Solo Whist, Coins, GORami
BGA translation: 230 validated translations

That's not a lot, besides...
Each translated string is rewarded with 5 points
No, each string is worth 1 point, see https://boardgamearena.com/contribute:

For each validated translation: +1

So, 230 translations equals 230 points, which gives two months. That's clearly not what kept my premium for years. Even if it was 5 points, that'd be 11 months.

There's the tutorials, 5 of them, each a maximum of 600 points (100 points per month it stays official). That's 2.5 years altogether. But tutorials are indeed some extra work, and require someone to approve it. Moreover, as with translations, it's a "competitive" task, only one person will get an approved translation, and only one person will get an approved tutorial.

No, the bulk of my points comes from trying new games:

Each time you win at a new game: +5

With 1000+ games available, there are 5000+ points (5+ years) of free premiumship waiting to be claimed by every single user.
