Big house is too dominant

Something needs to be done to balance this. Personally I think the 4th and 5th family member should require 3 food, but that's a matter for the makers of Agricola and not BGA.

Would like to try a 7 draft Arena season, although not sure that will help.

I would suggest looking at some of the "Pros" play. It's very much not always the best strategy and a common intermediate player mistake is actually always going for Big House.
You need to adapt to how the game unfolds, Big House in a R7 Growth can be terrible.

Anyway they aren't really gonna implement any unofficial fan-made balance fixes from my understanding.

This is partly why I was pushing to bring back Guest Room, big house stuff is a bit too easy in this card set.

Do we have stats on win percentage by room number?

I think there's definitely a correlation between having a big house and winning, but I'm not sure how often someone is winning because they have 4 or 5 rooms rather than having lots of rooms because they have a winning position already.
