Help!! BGA Locked me out, then gave me an 8 year old ID

Lost my friends, it's just junk. It locked me out on 2 different browsers, Firefox and Google Chrome, made me an "un-person." I used to play as MarkTJaipur, then it gave me an 8 year old profile and new name, something like MarkTaylorEG . . . I mainly played St. Petersburg, my favorite (though I'm now terrible at it), Thurn and Taxis and Alhambra. So this morning I played 4 St. Pete games, won 1st or 2nd place in 3 of 4, only lost 1. My ELO is already better than the poor 146 I had when I had access. BUT-- here's the kicker!! When I try to play 4 player St. Pete, it blocks me. I hit the "I am okay with 4 player" choice like 25x and still,85% of the time when I open a table, it's 2 player, which I don't like, and I look like a jerk ghosting tables. Table ghosting and disrespecting others' time is my pet peeve.
I'm seriously considering quitting this minor addiction if I can't get access back. I haven't tried to set up Thurn & Taxis yet, I only play that 3, and I know it will likely not give me help, as it does with St. Pete. Once I got locked out when I was on vacation, the Customer Support here is very bad.

I couldn't get back in except as a guest for the week of vacation. It took 3 weeks after I was home to get full access back . . . can someone advise, how can I get help? Who do I contact?

You say you don't want to play 2 player yet only mention saying you hit "ok 4 player" and make no mention of saying you hit "not ok 2 player".

In other words, you don't just approve 4 player in the filters, you also have to specifically EXCLUDE 2 players because "I'm ok with" 2 player is on by default (actually, I think all player counts are set at ok by default).

MarkTJaipur and MarkTaylorEG are both extant accounts, created within eight days of each other back in August 2020. Neither are 8 years old so I have no idea what you are talking about. They’ve also both been logged in since you made this post…

This also is not Support. We are just other players who are happy to help out, but if you are locked out maybe you need to contact Support?

Or you could be a little clearer about what is actually going on when you try to log in with the other account name. Spell it out—seriously, pretend I am 8 years old and don’t know what’s going on. Don’t make any assumptions, tell useverything.
