After lock out and using an old ID for me, BGA fixed it, then took away the Premium I still pay for!!

I've been on here as a Premium member for 9 or 10 years, minimum. Lost my f2f group in California when I retired and moved away in 2021. Recently, bga locked me OUT in 2 different browsers, reasons, if any not at all clear!!
Then when I did get in, it gave me an 8 years old identity, I lost my 40+ friends and people didn't know who I was when I played my top 3 games. They fixed that when I posted here about it, but NOW--

It just doesn't stop. Now they yanked, nullified my Premium Status, of 10 years standing. Disgusting.

Maybe posting this will fix it? I'm still paying, c'mon now. Give me my Premium back or I will contact my Credit Union, cancel the payments, consider signing up for it again in a couple of months. Your AI is insane, a person fixed my last issue, let's try for 2 and I won't have to stop paying you.

And yeah, I'm not "MarkTaylorEG," an ID from like 2017, I'm MarkTJaipur. Evidently the AI is running everything, few people on staff to fix, or not fix, glitches. I am contacting my Credit Union or AmEx now to cancel my next Premium payment; all of this happened because I accidentally visited the site with my VPN open. I gamed today without the VPN, am still denied Premium.

Evidently the AI is running everything

It sounds like you have an axe to grind. No one mentioned AI. BGA runs on slim margins with a very small staff. Most players are freeloaders, which is fine, and those who do pay get an incredible deal at $3.50/month, which isn't enough to support an entire army of people responding. (Ironically, they might be able to make that effort go further if they did start using AI.)

See, you’re not actually explaining anything. Like, what does it mean to be “locked out”? This is a term that could have a ton of different meanings, so try telling us what you see instead of what you think it means.

Let’s start with a few simple questions.

First, on the login screen, do you login with your username or with your email address? Both are accepted. Try logging in as MarkTJaipur instead of your email.

Second, if you get the password wrong it will present you with a link to reset your password. This sends an email to your address with instructions. Have you tried that?

Third, I note that when I made a wrong login attempt, the text warned me it was “attempt 1 of 3” so it sounds like 3 wrong passwords may indeed lock you out. Is it possible this happened?

Fourth, both accounts are active and both playing a lot of Alhambra, St Petersburg, and Thurn und Taxis. You mentioned using multiple browsers, and I think one is logged in as one user and the other the other. Is this possible?

Fifth, and this is not a question: Stick to one topic and answer people who reply to you. I will start reporting further duplicate topics.

Thank you for the suggestion to try logging on as MTJaipur. I will give it a try, though last time it didn't work. Somebody in a different response said "I have an axe to grind." Well, fair enough, I live in USA for now, and corporations can sell you a service and then block it, as happened here. It may be only $3.50 a month converted to Euros or whatever, but I have been ripped off so many times this way, that I get triggered. One example, I don't make stuff up: When I moved into a previous apartment, I was required to sign up with a Scam/Theft Corporation as the middleman to submit my cat's vaccination info. to the Property Manager. You could not dis-enroll from it, it was like $18 a year but if you tried to dis-enroll they'd boost it to $25. I talked to my property manager, Ethan, a good dude. He admitted it wasn't mandatory in my lease to throw these crooks $18--25 per annum, so I did a credit card dispute via AmEx, I put the next vaccination 3 years later on my phone to Ethan, report made at no cost. I'm not poor but I give Nobody a License to steal from me. To repeat myself I live in U$A, gov't. owned by corporate criminals. I defend my assets.
