Suggestion: Alternate Elo Rule For The Gang

You should get +elo if your hand is right (better than or equal all people with a lower number, worse than or equal all people with a higher number), even if your team loses the round. It seems unfair to have someone lose elo if they get their hand right but lose the round due to a foolish teammate. It also would make it easier to tell who's a good player.

I think this would be incredibly tricky to code. A good player might reasonably infer something from a bogus communication from a bad player that throws off their interpretation of the hand; no sense penalizing them because a bad player made a bad communication.
