I am (almost) certain that there is currently a Bug in the system that causes Sheeps to appear 100% in R1.
I only play 2p Live Agricola games and I checked all my games in the last 24h and it had sheep in R1, I then proceeded to check my opponents other games and they also all had sheep R1.
I didn't check if other Round events are also fixed in place but sheep R1 is so significant that it is pretty obviously not random anymore.
