Advanced option to hide points

It would be great to have an advanced option where the points are not shown until each scoring at the end of each round. So if I start by adding one Witch wisp, the score would not show 4 instantly. Instead the score would update only after each round has ended. This would make it closer to how it works in irl. Some games on BGA already have this feature, for example Forest Shuffle, so it would be cool to have it as an option on Wispwood as well. Thank you!
