Elo calculation error!?

hi. I dont know if this has happened before in my games - I dont usually examine the Elo results.

since I imagine this is not a singular case, I show it here so it can be better seen and solved.
personally, I am interested too, how can this occur & what caused this discrepancy of supposed new Elo (1305,16) and actual new Elo (1307) after the game?

I checked other players and noticed #2 had a similar error in the opposite direction, it said they gained +2 in the first screen but the more specific details said +4.14. Makes me wonder if their negative and your positive would add to 0. Can't tell without knowing what the +2 and +3 really mean after accounting for rounding, but it makes me wonder if there was a mix-up between the two somehow.
