I don't understand how you set up choosing a partner and giving cards.
I pay to be here, pay for a whole year at a time. When I play Spades in Arena, I can be absolutely sure that I will get the partner with the worst ELO, just as the cards we get are bad. There are not many opportunities to get a good game, even though I actually have a very good ELO myself.
When you are a Premium member, it could be programmed so that you at least get a partner at the same level, and the distribution of cards could be more fair. Maybe you got someone you were friends with if there was someone at the table, or as a premium member you have the opportunity to see who else is waiting at a table. I am considering canceling my subscription, because I can't see anything fair in me paying while others who have better advantages in the game don't pay.
This only applies to Spades. I don't know anything about other games.
