In Arena, whoever you're paired with you have to play. So it's not like they're intentionally pairing up vs these players and cancelling vs stronger players. Their most frequent opponent makes up less than 10% of their games so far. That other account has faced them in less than 50% of their own games. Your numbers are off as far as I can tell. What I will grant you is that several of those games came in a high density of their most recent games, the pairing numbers are higher than I'd expect, and that individually winrate is surprisingly high, especially with that gamecount.
