Found this game on BGA and still trying it out, so far it's been a lot of fun! In the few games I've played, I have noticed that the first player double hero pick advantage seems to be really strong - the first player can basically scan the available starting missions and then pick two heroes that would be best suited for their first mission of their choice, then the second player has a less ideal set of heroes to choose from. I was wondering if reversing the hero picks would be more balanced, or maybe letting player one pick one hero, then player two picks two, then it goes back to player one to pick their second hero? Though I guess I've only played 2p games so far and I'm not sure how well this would be balanced in a 3 or 4 player game.
Just a thought or potential option to toggle during setup! Maybe this first player advantage isn't as pronounced as I'm thinking it is and I just need to play more games to realize this too.
