Game Table Restrictions (Friends)

When I am in Manual Mode, and I start a new table, often times I notice (usually after I have opened the table to other players and I am getting sad that nobody is joining) that the table is restricted to my friends.

This seems rather silly. If I wanted to restrict things to Friends I would be in Friends Mode.

Please default to no such restriction when in Manual Mode.

I don't have this issue, and I only start real-time games in Manual Mode from the Play Now page. What steps are you taking to create a table in manual mode? Every single step. We aren't looking over your shoulder, so we can't see what you see, so you have to describe it in exact detail or take screenshots (or both).

Also, have you ever restricted a table for that particular game to your friends? Manual mode remembers the "Restrict table access" settings for each game (at least for a while).
