Hello. I just had a very unpleasant experience.
I played a game and there was a bug that caused one of my abilities to not work. I checked the bug reports and this is a known issue.
So I asked to abandon and my opponent declined.
Fair enough.
However, shortly after this, my opponent used a card to copy my now defunct ability and it created a server error and I could not end my turn.
I wrote messages to the opponent to say this, and was ignored. No reply. No communication.
The player instead decided to expel me , and my karma was reduced through no fault of my own as the server error was not able to be bypassed.
I tried F5. Logged in and out. Nothing.
So the opponent was able to win unjustly.
It felt frustrating that there was zero communication.
Is there some way to recover this lost karma if it was the server error that totally prevented me from continuing?
I saw a section that said bga will automatically restore it if the website has issues but I'm not sure if this counts or how to proceed.
