Dealer not rotating

Hello fans of Tsukuru Ten Ten . . . first of all . . . I had to search for this game related forum . . . it seems that ALL games are in a long list . . . it used to be a smaller list . . . only games I have played.

"The same dealer carries over to the next round if he/she wins the current only. The rotation only happens when someone else wins."
