Come for 3 days of Memoir at the World Boardgaming Championships (WBC), July 30-August 1, in Seven Springs, Pennsylvania, USA, which is south of Pittsburgh.
The actual tournament will be Thursday evening and all day Friday, July 30-31. Single elimination, with a Mulligan round Thursday evening (if you lose, you can re-enter in the morning). We do this format, instead of Swiss system, because it seems better suited for WBC.
We'll play scenarios from the Dutch Open of 2016 - Russo-Finnish War, Ski troops vs Commissar. This year, for the first time, we'll be playing on printed maps thanks to the generosity of the Dutch Memoir Brigade.
Special Bonus: About 30 players will take home full sets of the maps. (First priority is players who win in Round 2, then other Round 2 contestants, then other participants while supplies last.)
In addition, between Thursday and Saturday, we have 5 Overlords scheduled. (So stay for the Overlords on Saturday August 1!)

There also will be tournaments for Battle Cry, C&C Ancients, and C&C Napoleonics - and more than 100 other games.
