Is this game being fixed at all?

I notice that all bug-fixes that have occurred for this game are more than 3 years old, and there are dozens of Open bugs have been filed since then. Is there someone in charge of the game still, who can fix bugs? There's a fairly large bug that has been shared in different forms (points for doing something "first" never seems to be scored, no matter what episode it is, even though it listed in the Episode scoring guide).

In my games the are being scored. It's not shown in the score summary at the end of the episode, but is shown in the game log at the time the bonus is applied
