In Alpha: 18RoyalGorge

Post by davidk42 »

18RoyalGorge has just entered alpha on BGA. The first game on BGA with the full
18xx structure: stock rounds, operating rounds, track laying, train buying, and
share-price manipulation.

It's a 2-4 player 18xx set in the 1870s Colorado railroad wars - the Santa Fe
and the Rio Grande fighting over the Royal Gorge.

What's implemented: the private-asset market with all three distribution
variants (host picks, hand-picked draft, and the standard auction), company
start auctions, the gold/steel resource economy, the gorge and Hanging Bridge
toll rules, debt, and the end-game Final Situation charts. Undo is supported on
most decision states.

Play it:

BGA reviewers can join and start a table from that page. Everyone else - if you
don't meet the reviewer conditions but are an 18xx enthusiast who wants to play
and give feedback, reply here or DM me.

Thanks - and thanks to the BGA admins for the review.
