Blocking / Denying plays

I am extremely offended at the play style of a significant number of you. I notice that there are quite a number of Azul QG players who intentionally take a tile or tiles to block or deny, when they have no personal benefit to do so. I know that to quite a large number of you, it is fair game, especially in two player mode. My stand is that this is a highly constructive play and the "kingmaking" rules should apply especially strictly.

I have tried writing this in my profile but nobody ever reads. I am making it clear here that I have these expectations.

1. When I observe a move that is intended to block or deny, intended as in I assess the intent to be to block or deny, I considered the game tainted.
2. Should you proceed to win, the default outcome is I will give you an avoiding down thumb immediately. There are no second chances. I already regret giving you the first.
3. Even so, I regret giving you a chance to antagonize me.
4. You are most welcome to go and tell all your friends how unfriendly I am and avoid me. I can't wait to avoid everybody who thinks that this is fair play.

I am prepared to face the possibility that nobody wants to play with me.

You can't expect people to read the profiles of opponents before they agree to play a game. Ideally, you should seek out a group of BGA friends to play with who are on the same page as you. Play private games with them.

I was so shocked by your message, you should play other games like "welcome" where the other player actions dont impact your game.
For Azul, of course your oppenent will benefit by taking a tile from you because you wont score extra points. I dont know if you already blocked me but you will for sure

"when they have no personal benefit to do so": Zero-sum game. Not letting you have those points is a personal benefit, no less than a goalkeeper blocking a shot is a benefit to his team despite his team getting no points for it. You don't have to score points from something in order for it to benefit you. Let that sink in. If it doesn't stick, sleep on it, and maybe when you wake up you'll get it.

Also, I estimate a 0% chance that you read the profile of every single person you're matched with before you click "accept."

Well, that's a dramatic way to announce you're cheating.

I suppose this is the perfect time to remind BGA users that if these sorts of users try to threaten you into not blocking, you can report them to moderation. You don't need to worry about not blocking vs them, they can't do anything to stop you from doing it, and the report button is ready if they go out of line.

Cheating because you keep losing games isn't a proper response. Everyone has things they're bad at, there's no need to cheat over it.

It was clearly written in my original post that no differing opinion or alternative perspective is welcome.

Consequently, to demonstrate my fairness in decision making, I will proceed to block (as in thumb down) all players who have spoken their disagreement.

To everybody else: I do know they are rage baiting me. I am just taking it as an opportunity to advertise that my life has no room for feedback, so don't give me feedback, ever. I want to remain as perfectly arrogant and stagnant forever, thank you very much. On the other hand, when you try to teach me how and in what ways to be a better person, I will assume you are trying to scam me.

Nice, I don't have to worried about being paired with them through no effort of my own. Still, advertising themselves as someone easily scammed/messed with seems unwise to me, but I guess that's their problem to deal with.
