time settings

Hi dear BGA admins/programmers!

There is one think really bad here, that can be fix easily...
It is about time settings options.
Actually, there is no big difference between all options... Especially fast speed is not really fast ... And slow speed is just a joke : a game can last really too much.

My suggestions :
- Fast speed should have 3 min limit; it is still a lot for a fast game. And time per move 30 sec still a lot too...
- Of course depends a lot of the game, but you could easily adapt this game by game.

Time speed is relative to the game...
often programers keep settings by default.
It's more a discussion on a game than a general thing... fast speed for a game may be different in Perudo, than 'Lord of xidit'...
