RIVALS - Deckbuilding x Battle Royale

RIVALS is now in beta:

Rivals is a deckbuilding board game based on a Battle Royale gameplay. You play the chosen one of your clan and fight to save your people from extinction.

Is there any chance, that you will include the English cards in the game?

Normally, the game is in English and French, so you'll definitely have the cards in English, too

I figured out that was caused by hotseat and the hotseat player has the french flag and French cards. So everything fine regarding that!
But another question: How is this considered a 1 for luck and interaction? I'm still learning the game, but a PvP game should have higher interactivity and due to dice rolls I'd say also luck is more than 1.
