Is a known playable considered a gap?

So at this moment, player B gave white to player A. Player C plays 2w, then player D plays 1g. The question is, should player D stop digging for 3w? Is player C considered a gap when the marked white is known playable? If something is known playable, you wouldn't be prompting that thing, would you? In short, is this a prompt bluff or a layered finesse?

Which player between cowza and Kaznaka is the one creating the gap? There must be someone who could have responded to the white clue, but did not, enabling layered. It's a nice bluff with 4w promise.
Whether a played card is known, prompt or finesse should not change anything regarding bluff vs layered.

In fact cowza's pov of the clue before playing her white card is twofold. Either she has 2w and it's a 1g bluff with 45w promise, or she has 2m and it's 1g bluff with 345w promise. The same if her card was not marked, but she had either 2m (double bluff with 3 cards promise) or 2w (finesse + bluff with 2 cards promise) on finesse.

red on 4r is also a bluff, and quite horrible with totally broken promise. Nathan is already responding to a potential layered (2r 2m 3r x, 2m 2r 3r x or 2r 3r 2m x), so inashosetai is the first person to be able to show by not responding to the clue that it is not a bluff. Totally broken promise on that bluff.
