Just open the Available Licenses list, find a game you like and code. That's how most of us started (I guess)

If you have not yet, I recommend working through one of the BGA tutorials (reversi or hearts). They are the perfect way to get your feet wet in BGA dev world. Its good to get your BGA development environment set up and do a simple project from start to finish to try to understand the framework and workflow. I did both tutorials before I started a project of my own and found them hugely helpful to understanding the framework.

Start here, it will give you some overview of using BGA Studio to get you started and has links to the 2 example game tutorials for Hearts and Reversi.
