How do you activate Bamboo Supply evolution card?

It says at the start of your turn you put an energy cube on or take all of them off (right now there are none on the card). But I don't know where to click to put an energy cube on the card. Please help. Thanks.

The card must be played in front of you, not sitting in your hand waiting to be played. But from what I remember, the game will prompt you to play this card before your turn starts, if it is sitting in your hand waiting.

Once played in front of you, you'll be prompted at the start of each turn to either add +1 Energy or take all your Energy off. Buttons will appear at the top of the screen to allow you this choice. This is a fairly straightforward Evo to use - just follow the prompts.
