How Judge+Mediator combo works?

Hi,

This was my second game. I distinctly remember that the tutorial said all ∞ symbols means all the time.

So why my opponent doesn't win across the board? Why doesn't he win 5th, 6th and 7th encounters? Why he only won the first 4?

Judge says you win all ties, Mediator says every encounter is a tie.

What ma I missing?!

Mediator says every encounter is a tie.

Mediator says "this encounter is a tie". First two encounters have a Mediator and are ties won by your opponent. The rest are not ties.
