Recruit troops

Is any one else having trouble recruiting troops to the board, it just takes ages, and also so hard to distinguish some of the colours

if you need units you can use 1 influcence to discard a card 1st then you can take a card on colomn you want.
(you could put in yellow and make recruit)
like that you can recruit or make a recuit to other column for more possibily.
