What do you mean with "this post"? The post you wrote? The post you quoted? The post quoted by the post you quoted? The original post in this thread?

I guess it's the latter. But unless you are the publisher, no, it's not from the publisher. It's linking to a 3rd party site where the publisher made some announcement regarding BGA. That's quite different from the publisher making an announcement in BGA (and ideally it would be done some time in advance, not after the fact).

Well yes, I am directly doing that on the behalf of the publisher so it's the same thing, really. We've just split the work of posting on the different chanels of communication, that's all. It's no different from the publisher making an announcement, it is exactly this : a publisher making an announcement.
So I am not sure what the other player was expecting in term of communications.
