Would there be any way to also have the dragon design (2011) here maybe like we can choose different designs for Century?

I used to work for Looney Labs. I'm guessing they would consider the idea, but it isn't as simple as just switching out the design. Though Aquarius and Seven Dragons are very similar, Seven Dragons does have a couple of changes to game play. The biggest is the Silver Dragon, which starts out wild, but then changes to whatever color word card is on top of the stack. Related to that, when you play a word card, you can choose to put it on top of the discard stack (thereby possibly changing the color of the silver dragon) or put it at the bottom of the stack (thereby keeping the current color for the silver dragon). Also, the layout of the cards is slightly different. Seven Dragons only has 72 cards, but Aquarius has 100, including diagonals, which Seven Dragons doesn't have.

So although the Looneys very well may consider adding a Seven Dragons option in the future, it would require some additional coding, not just a "reskin" of the current Aquarius game.
