Re-open the chat while waiting for players to join

So I noticed the chat for a new game opens when it's created and you're still looking for players.
Even when you invited friends.

However, if you at any point close this chat before the game actually starts. It seems you cannot open the chat anymore.

Might be nice to be able to still open this chat while you're waiting for others to join the game.

You can actually. Once again the superiority of the Play Now lobby for starting games (see my signature) page is demonstrated. You can go to the Play Now page and find your active search (even if you started it on the single-game page). Click "View," then click "Chat" under the heading "Players around this table now."

So I got invited for a game with friends, I can't find this game through play now.
However I can find it through the normal game list.
When I then click on the table, while we're still waiting for some friends to join, there is no option for "View", "Chat" and no heading "Players around this table now"
