I'm currently at a table that has a 1 turn a day timer set. There's a player within the group that is using trades to prolong the game after losing the race to a settlement location. For some reason within turn-based whenever you send out a trade that counts as your turn so you can get the time added back onto it every time you send out a trade. I understand why the clock doesn't run while your opponents are deciding on the trade, but it doesn't make much sense to give back time on your clock for each trade offer you give. For some context the game has now been going on for almost 30 days and 1st place has 3 VP. We are roughly on "move" 300 since each trade request is also considered a move.
Basically, is there anything I can do, or is this table just going to have to live out the rest of our lives?
Table # and player name will not be given since I believe that's against the rules.
