You should be aware that advertising other platforms here is against the policy and may get you moderated. (I often disagree with their interpretation as I don't think merely mentioning another platform should count as advertising, but this particular instance I would agree--they don't want their forums used to send people to other sites, and that's what you're doing here.)

Any chance for a solo implementation?

Is the game implemented correctly. I think when energizing the buildings you should be able to energize more the one.

You can only energize one building, page 16:
Select exactly one Urban Building, either yours or Neutral...

I was also looking forward to a solo mode, as others have stated, so I'll have no choice but to turn elsewhere.
I hope it will be added later on maybe?

This is answered in the FAQ: https://boardgamearena.com/faq?anchor=f ... sEvaluated

The mere existence of a tutorial doesn’t mean it’s good enough to be an official one. They evaluate them and look at statistics (ratings, completion rates, etc) before deciding to put it on the game’s page.

Not quite. For a tutorial to be linked on the game's main page, it must be promoted to Beta status. To get Beta status, the developer must click on the promote button, but BGA will not let them do so until the tutorial has at least 10 ratings while maintaining a 4.3 star average. Getting those initial ten ratings sometimes takes days, sometimes a year. So, no, they don't look carefully at ratings and completion rates. I wait until my tutorial has ten ratings, then I poke the dev, and the dev says "Huh? Uh, okay." *click*

Commenting on the news post usually gets me the ratings I need within a couple days, and indeed, as of this posting, the tutorial has already been promoted.

I'm going to be charitable and assume you don't know that BGA can't just decide to put a game on here just because they want to. What makes you think they haven't already reached out to Roxley Games about one of the most highly rated games currently on the market? The publisher is allowed to say "no."
