What do you mean? Alpha would be a step back. Beta-Versions in Software are always better than Alpha-Versions, as far as I know.

This version is not active in Arena mode . ranking is nat active and other things

You mean release version.
Software is always like: Alpha is first scratch. Beta is test version for users. In Germany sometimes called banana version. Matures at the customer. At last followes a release version.
