Bug ? Blackfish with 0 patrols unable to move flagship

Hi,

On table table=895384676 I'm playing blackfish. I have zero patrols. If I play a die to move my flagship it prompts me to place a patrol on my pod however I don't have any. Seems like a bug.

I did change the subject line as it appears you tried to copy-paste your entire forum post into the bug report's title... which was an odd decision. It didn't fit, obviously, and just made things confusing.
