recharge button?

I can't figure out how to recharge. Where is the button or where do I click to select that option?

I guess you have to use so many action tiles before the option becomes available

You can only recharge when there is at least one action tile on your player board. When you need to recharge, just click on the recharge button at the top. You need to click the button before playing any action tiles.
