Scientific points for Babylon 2nd wonder

Babylon 2nd wonder gives an extra scientific token at the end of the match, in my case it should be cog. Which the extra cog should give me 10 more points as in extra 7 for complete set and 3 more for 2x2-1x1=3. Is this a bug or some rules im missing out here?

It shows up as 10 on the scoring summary detail. You can click on it. You have 13 points for wonder, 3 for stage one and 10 for stage two. It also shows 26 (36) for science, so it doesn't double count the 10 point bonus for wonder.
