Why 2-person for Arena?

This question comes up for every game and the answer is always the same. It's because most games don't have a big enough player base to support 4p and there will only be like 5 table a day when you need far more ongoing games to have a healthy ranked system. And 3p is already too luck based. If you like 4p then make 4p non arena tables.

Love Letter shows exactly what the problem with the voting process for Arena is. 2-player games are faster than with multiple players, so the players who play them can play more in the same amount of time and they also vote for 2-player in Arena. Players who prefer playing with 4 players have to spend twice as much time to become a guru and if they become a guru they find out that they are a minority in the voting because there are more guru's who play 2-player games (which I would definitely not recommend for Love Letter, but players just pick this out of convenience because they want to play quickly).
