Honouring a friend who passed

Post by dumbguy44 »

A friend of ours has sadly passed. We had a bunch of ongoing games with him on BGA, and it feels wrong to drop him from them. Is there some way to have the games cancelled instead? I wasn’t sure how to contact support about this, any help would be appreciated.

First of all, I'm very sorry your friend has passed away.

All turn-based games are automatically cancelled without penalties after 40 days without a move. Also, if your friend's time is negative, one of you can propose to abandon the game, and anyone with negative time automatically agrees to abandon.

Take care.

Thank you so much. Sounds like it will resolve itself, then. I appreciate the response.
