Personally, I pick Ecoline. It's just better than Phobolog in general, and its ability is definitely usable. Even with card draw, it might take a few gens to find good and playable space tags, so Phobolog is basically a gamble. Titanium prod can also be good for Ecoline to pay for space events if we find it in the draft.

Also, there is heat prod from BPD. It's not the best, but it might be good enough especially if we can get the 2 card ocean, or at least get a greenery conversion with it.

So I probably pick Ecoline / BE, Galilean / Restricted, Loan, Mining Rights, Eco Zone, BPD.

on hellas its 50/50 probably still ecoline immo

It's an incredibly strong hand. With so many good cards, I'd rather have ecoline by far no matter the map in this situation. If you take phobo, you cripple yourself early with no way to get out of it. Even on Hellas, you can just play ecoline more balanced than pure rush, where the greenery conversion ability is a nice-to-have but not a necessity to go nuts to try to rush the end. That's how I see it, anyway.

I would say Ecoline. The question is, which preludes and project cards?

I would generally keep the 4 highlighted ones and Black Polar dust And eco zone.

Preludes: Business empire seems obvious. The other 3 aren't all that interesting, perhaps Loan so we can actually do something gen 1 other than pass?

I would play phoblog with business empire and gallien mining and the other cards that could get you more titanium right away you would have a very strong titanium that is worth 4 instead of 3 and if you get advancve alloys you are set

Ecoline is great for a game that is focused on parameters but it is very slow to build up your production engine and with the cards that you have the engine is already there
