Gray side.

Why is everyone afraid of the gray side?? I have seen so many people decline, decline, decline, decline...etc. the gray side. If you don't want to play the gray side then make sure you click that option. Otherwise play!
I get so tired of seeing the same people decline a game FIVE OR MORE TIMES IN A ROW!

They do not do it on purpose but out of ignorance how they can restrict the game options - or even ignorance that restrictions are even possible. BGA does not provide good and/or easily accessible documentation of these possibilities.

Furthermore game options are nowhere explained. There might be some players that wonder why they end up in "broken" Azul games without knowing that Azul has a gray side option.
