How long does it takes until multiple account arena player gets banned?

I have reported a player who has 4 accounts and play them in arena. How long does it take until investigation is finished usually? My problem is, I'm still in 2+ of those arena games and they usually take time and I'm 2vs1 and it's really not fun to play them to the end.

So still not banned and I have to play arena async games 1vs2. Why does it take so long even for pretty obious multi accounting (all 4 accounts created in short time frame, he even plays casually the same games casually with the logged in account, he has very equal "last seen" times even all accounts are from 4 different continents(!), he made all created by 40 year old (obv. not so smart), one small IP check should immediately proof it to 100%.

4 of the multi Accounts are in Top5 Arena ranking, after my games finished he will have all 4 in top4.
