Penalty?

I was playing a game with my friend and my computer crashed. When I came back to our game we continued. Not sure why I received a penalty for that

You got a penalty for this game: https://boardgamearena.com/table?table=905729218 which you quit pretty early on. Given that very few moves were played and the game was ultimately abandoned by your opponent, I'm guessing you think the penalty was about another game - it wasn't.
