I would like to suggest adding a rule option for Rauha on the platform.

This is the general discussion forum for the platform as a whole. It's not really designed to support discussing nuances of all 1300 games; this is why each game has its own forum. Like Rauha is here: https://boardgamearena.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=681

Now, I see in fact you discovered that and posted there, which leaves it something of a mystery why you left this post up. Deleting posts is something you can do.

However, furthermore, even that forum isn't the official place to make suggestions. It's a discussion forum, so you can talk about game details, strategy, etc. If you want to reach the developer, you should go to https://boardgamearena.com/bugs?game=1704 -- but as Jellby told you on your other post, it's really up to the person/people who owns the IP for Rauha. BGA can't willy-nilly make changes to games without getting permission to do so. But I'd still encourage you to post a suggestion to https://boardgamearena.com/bugs?game=1704 and maybe the developer has a path to talk to the IP rights holder for Rauha.
