m17 win condition

If tiger sam only has 1 hp, and only 1 runner left in the room(see picture).
When at zombie phase, do I win as soon as runner comes out, or lose because runner will attack first?

I think you mean Odin because that is Odin in the screenshot.

Anyway - you shouldn't lose because you should open the door to the room that is lit. The zombie would end in Odin's square but not damage him. You should always open doors to lit rooms when possible.

I pretend the room is opened, and that runner is the last zombie in the room.
Just want to know if I win asap, or runner will perform all his 2 actions and kill him.
