The need for a faster mode

I’d like to suggest adding an "ultra-fast" mode option to the game.
For those who want to play in real-time and stay focused, you don't need more than 10 seconds to choose a card.
So, I don't see the point in having to wait a minute and a half for every turn. Sometimes, that makes the game tedious.
