Draft factions

It would be nice to be able to see The starting techs description as well as faction special tech on The faction sheet. Would help choose a faction

I am not sure if it helps your use case, but the top of the screen lets you click the starting techs to see the description before you submit a draft decision: https://snipboard.io/ZpCh93.jpg
