Need help understanding scoring breakdown

I am fairly new and I don't understand how the 'points from buildings' is so high for some of my opponents. For example: my game #911093646 says my opponent scored 71 points from buildings. When I add them up according to how I perceive the scoring works, I only get 28 points. I took screenshots of both the ending tableau and the scoring breakdown, but can't figure out how to add them to this post.

But only one of those was a multiplier of a factor greater than 1 (2 x 4), so that should only have caused them to be off by 4.

If you check that, you can see that dahliaqueen probably missed all multipliers (I am not sure why).

Oh, you mean they didn't count them at all, not that they didn't multiply them.

Ah, now I think I get it. But I still need a little help because somehow with my new understanding I’m off by 3 points now.
Originally I was only including the points from the color card multipliers in the 'points from building number. Which cause me to write the post in the first place.
• 2 blue multipliers x 4 blue cards = 8
• 1 black multiplier x 5 black cards = 5
• 2 green multipliers x 4 green cards – 8
• Total of 21
However I am realizing that all of these are ‘Points from Buildings’
• Straight victory points on the cards = 28
• 2 General multipliers x 16 generals = 32
• 2 blue multipliers x 4 blue cards = 8
• 1 black multiplier x 5 black cards = 5
• Total of 73 (The score breakdown card from the game says 71 from buildings so I’m still off but getting closer.
The ‘Points from Empire’ is where the 2 green multiplier should go (matches the games scorecard)
• The 2 green multipliers x 4 green cards =8
The ‘Points from Tokens’ is the original number of Generals and Financiers
!6 Generals + 3 Financiers = 19 (I’m off here too. The game scorecard says 18).

So the total game points according to my new calcs is:
73+8+19 = 100 (the games scorecard says 97, but I’m off by 2 points in the Points from Build and 1 point from the Tokens. So if someone correct me on how I’m off on those 2 then alleluia, I might be figuring this out. Yay!

Accoring to the player panel, Martin Duphil had 15 Generals (women tokens), not 16. If you correct that, you will get the end score of 97 points.
