How is ELO calculated this game?

Is there higher bot ELO being compared to for higher difficulty or are wins in both Easy and Despair difficulty treated the same?

After yesterday's release, you will get more points for higher difficulties, and even more if you play with The Restless Hours and/or with the two-player challenge mode enabled.
