Proposal: Elo rating should be Arena-only, Play Mode-only, split into separate ratings, or apply under equal conditions

I don't know about others, but for me and my friends, when we play any game, be it mountain goats or otherwise, it's always play to win and not elo matchmake.

Even if someone tries that, they would need multiple accounts as winning consecutively against one player doesn't boost your elo as much as you winning against a diverse group.
