Support for Color-Blind users?

Is it possible to add support for Color-Blind players by using alternative color's?

I struggle to see the difference between the red and green lines in the game!

Need color blind mode. I can not see the difference between the green and orange pieces.

I have the same issue in Carcassonne.
I have difficulty distinguishing between the red and green player colors, especially when there are many meeples on the board.
A color-blind mode or alternative color options would make the game much easier to play.
