Now we know - those who 'wish this game had XYZ', all that is needed is to get the publisher to agree to the change and to pay for it.
Exactly.

For example, it was recently pitched to the Fryx family to modify Colonies to make it more balanced such that maybe enough people would vote for it to be played in Arena seasons occasionally. (The pitch was unsuccessful.)
Meh, it's only matter of time before another game with different theme replaces TM without the rebalances. If the family is too arrogant to see that, it's on them. The game is not balanced, and could be soooooooo much better with rebalancing, especially with the horrendously designed expansions and promo cards. Honestly it's like the base game is designed by a different group.

Mulligan corps: get only 1 corp and gotta pick it
Mulligan cards: get only 8 new cards and the 10 cards get shown to all and shuffled into the deck
Mulligan preludes: get only 2 preludes and pick 1, the other one's effect is Donation by default(without a no tag, if Sagitta ever gets introduced to the site)
I like this idea the most, allthough I think the mulligan cost might be a tad too high.
